After turning Pro in May 2010, it gave me a whole new experience of learning how to handle the pressures of playing as a tour pro, knowing I have to make the cut to be able to achieve my goals.
I have met some great golfers along the way and building friendships, players that are now Challenge Tour Golfers such as Craig Lee and Daniel Gaunt, my objective for this year. It was good to have a hooks finish at the Five lakes Euro Pro event finishing 42nd from 160 (-2) for the tournament 69 (-3) 73 (+1) 72 (lvl). A positive end to my first year.
Over the winter I have been training intensively with the 2011 season in the forefront of my mind, my winter season training program has included going to Spain to "The Sports Academy" for some hard work in some decent weather to gain an advantage for the 2011 season.
I am looking forward to this season, with a year of tour competition experience under my belt it gives me the ability of going back to the same golf course's knowing where to take risks and where to stay safe, ultimately building on last years success.
